Mitchell’s Prestige Properties is a family-run estate agency, founded on the Costa del Sol in 2003 and still run by the family that started it. Between us we have lived on this coast for decades — in Marbella, Estepona, Mijas and Fuengirola — and we write the area guides on our blog from walking the streets we sell in, not from a desk. Below is everyone you might deal with, what each of us knows best, and the guides we have written.

Dixie Mitchell
Founder & Director
Dixie opened her first Costa del Sol office in 2003 and has spent more than twenty years in the region’s property market, from Málaga to the Almería coast. She still directs Mitchell’s day to day, and still believes the job comes down to listening to people.

Alex Mitchell
Head of Marketing
Alex grew up on the Costa del Sol and inside the family business, and now leads Mitchell’s growth, marketing and digital presence. Most of his time goes on sourcing — tracking new listings, off-market opportunities and renovation potential for the sales team.
