About Chris
Born in Sweden and raised on the Costa del Sol, Chris has called the Marbella area home for most of his life. After attending Aloha College Marbella, he went on to build a career in high-end hospitality, working with internationally recognised names including Ocean Club and Nikki Beach.
That background might seem a long way from real estate, but for Chris, the two have always been about the same thing: people. Years spent working with clients from all over the world taught him how to listen, understand different personalities and make people feel comfortable — something that now shapes the way he approaches property.
Having lived on the coast for more than 20 years, Chris brings the kind of local knowledge that doesn’t come from simply learning a list of urbanisations. He knows the different areas, the lifestyle, the people, the schools, the sports clubs, the restaurants and, just as importantly, how different one part of the Costa del Sol can feel from another.
His approach to real estate is straightforward and personal. He’d rather understand the person first and the property second. Sometimes that means telling a client a home isn’t right for them, even when it would be easier to sell it.
For Chris, the goal isn’t simply to arrange viewings or complete a transaction. It’s to make the entire process easier, more enjoyable and more human — and many of the people he first meets as clients end up becoming friends.
Outside of work, you’ll normally find him playing football or padel, attempting to improve his golf, or spending time with his family and young son.
