With over 20 years of experience in the Spanish Costa del Sol real estate market, I have built my career around a deep understanding of the property landscape and the international clients who choose to make this part of the world their home.
I opened my first office on the Costa del Sol in 2003, and from the very beginning, Mitchell’s has been a family-run estate agency. Today, it remains a family business, built on the same personal approach, strong values and commitment to our clients that have always been at the heart of what we do.
Since then, I have had the opportunity to work across a much wider area of southern Spain. My career has included the sale and marketing of property developments across the Málaga region and along the Almería coast, including representing developments as an exclusive agency in Málaga, Vera Playa and Mojácar. This experience has given me a broad understanding of different markets, developments and investment opportunities throughout the region.
I have also built a strong network of trusted professionals and companies, allowing us to offer our clients a well-connected and seamless service throughout the buying and selling process.
Today, my focus is on directing and developing Mitchell’s, while remaining very hands-on and involved in all aspects of the business. I enjoy working closely with our team, motivating and supporting them, sharing the knowledge I have gained throughout my career and ensuring that we continue to adapt and evolve with the industry.
Above all, I remain passionate about finding the right home for every client. For me, real estate is about understanding people, listening to what they really want and using our experience, knowledge and connections to help them make the right decision.
I am incredibly proud of the team we have built and the relationships we have developed with our clients. For me, it is about guiding and supporting the team while ensuring that the personal service and values on which Mitchell’s was built remain at the heart of everything we do.
The property industry is constantly evolving, and so are we. We are always looking ahead, finding new ways to improve and grow, while staying true to what has always mattered most to me: our clients, our people and providing an honest, personal and professional service.
Outside of work, family is at the heart of my life, and family values, loyalty and togetherness are incredibly important to me. I enjoy travelling, discovering new places and, of course, dancing. I have always been someone who brings energy, positivity and enthusiasm to whatever I do. I believe this outlook is just as important in business as it is in life — staying positive, enjoying what you do and surrounding yourself with good people.
